We invite you to learn more about Swoop T1, T2, FLAIR, and DWI sequences.

T1 (Standard) / T1 (Gray/White)

Resolution: 1.6 × 1.6 × 5 mm

Acquisition type; orientations: 3D; Axial, Sagittal, Coronal

Kspace trajectory: Cartesian, weighted coverage

Image reconstruction: Noise suppression, advanced reconstruction, phase-sensitive parallel imaging reconstruction, navigator drift correction

Post-processing: Geometric distortion correction, intensity correction, advanced denoising

Additional info (T1 Gray/White): Similar to T1-weighted gradient-echo-based imaging sequences on higher field MRIs. Optimized for visualizing extra-axial pathology.

T2 / Fast T2

Resolution: T2: 1.5 × 1.5 × 5 mm; Fast T2: 1.6 × 1.6 × 5 mm

Acquisition type; orientations: 3D; Axial, Sagittal, Coronal

Image reconstruction: Noise suppression, advanced reconstruction, phase-sensitive parallel imaging reconstruction, navigator drift correction

Post-processing: Geometric distortion correction, intensity correction, advanced denoising

Additional info: Fast T2 shortens the scan time by approximately 50%.

Fluid-Attenuated Inversion Recovery (FLAIR)

Diffusion-Weighted Imaging (DWI) and Apparent Diffusion Coefficient (ADC) Maps

Associated options: ADC mapping, b-value = 900 s/mm2

Kspace trajectory: Cartesian, weighted coverage

Image reconstruction: Noise suppression, NUFFT, conjugate gradient SENSE reconstruction, navigator phase correction, navigator drift correction, motion rejection and rescanning

Post-processing: Geometric distortion correction, intensity correction
